Balanced Berry Smoothie

Quick, easy, and healthy berry banana smoothie!

Ingredients  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3 scoops whole Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil optional
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder
  • 8-12 oz of whole milk adjust according to desired consistency
  • splash of apple juice

Instructions 

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
